Series Topics
The FariaLearn team delivers The Leadership Pathway: Launching, Refreshing, or Restarting a Curriculum Process through several course topics. Based on the selected delivery method (onsite, virtual, or hybrid), we will organize these topics into appropriate agendas.
To ensure success, our team will hold a planning call and conduct ongoing check-ins with the leadership team, providing support to achieve the pathway’s goals and objectives.
Setting the Stage for Leading a Curriculum Process

- Determine overarching curricular goals for a multi-year period
- Outline a review process to help meet your curricular goals
Build your Curricular Plan
- Use your defined purpose and goals to build the details of your curricular plan
- Determine key elements such as: roles & responsibilities, professional development and training needs, and opportunities for staff buy-in & support
Create Resources & Determine Department Specific Goals
- Define clear expectations and resources for developing high-quality units
- Unpack larger goals for each department
- Determine resources and needs to support the ongoing work
